No Bake Choc Hazelnut Cranberry Bars

Ingredients
2 cups Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Ocean Spray Craisins® 50% Less Sugar Dried Cranberries, chopped
1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/3 cup Maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted chocolate drizzle
75g white chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
Steps
1. Line a baking tin (approx. 20 x20 cm)
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together: rolled oats, chopped Ocean Spray Craisins® 50% Less Sugar Dried Cranberries, chopped hazelnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla bean paste, maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Mix thoroughly to ensure that everything is evenly coated.
3. Transfer the mixture to your lined tray and press the mixture in very firmly to all edges of the tin. Place in the fridge to set (at least for 2 hours).
4. Once set, remove from the tin and slice into bars. Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave to ensure no lumps remain. Drizzle it over the bars and enjoy!
