Cranberry, White Chocolate and Macadamia Oat Bars

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
1 + 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 + 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup white chocolate
1/2 cup macadamias
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® 50% Less Sugar Dried Cranberries
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup almond butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup plant milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
1. Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
2. Add wet ingredients to a small microwavable bowl or saucepan and melt everything together until it becomes a smooth consistency.
3. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Stir well until you achieve a crumbly dough type mixture (add some more coconut butter or almond butter if it's too dry).
4. Press into a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes or until the top is light golden in colour.
5. Allow to cool before cutting into squares, drizzle with some extra melted white chocolate, and enjoy!
