Cranberry White Chocolate and Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients
1/2 Cup chopped Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
1 Cup quick oats
1 Cup sunflower seed meal (sunflower seeds blitzed)
1/4 Cup coconut milk
1/2 Cup water
100g vanilla whey protein powder (or vegan equivalent)
150g chopped white choc (sugar free or vegan options)
1/2 Cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp stevia powder
1/2 Cup shredded coconut for rolling
Steps
1. Sunflower meal, protein powder, stevia, coconut, chocolate and cranberries. Add coconut cream and water.
2. Combine and roll into balls. Keep hands slightly wet to stop them from sticking
3. Roll in coconut and refrigerate to allow oats to soak
