Cranberry Matcha Pudding

Ingredients
150g silken tofu (~1/2 cup mashed)
1/2 avocado
1 Tbsp matcha powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup or to taste
2 Tbsp Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
Toppings (optional):
Sliced fruit, almonds, chia seeds, wafer rolls, seed butter
Steps
1. Mix tofu, avocado, matcha, almond milk, and maple syrup in a food processor, and process until smooth.
2. Sprinkle Craisins® on top and gently stir through.
3. Serve with your choice of toppings.
