Cranberry Matcha Bliss Balls

Approximately 12-15 balls
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1 cup soft dates, pitted
1/4 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® 50% Less Sugar Dried Cranberries
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp matcha powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Steps
1. Place cashews and coconut into a food processor, and blend until a rough meal (leave some texture). Pour into bowl.
2. Add dates, Craisins®, maple syrup, matcha powder and chia seeds to the cashew and coconut mixture. Gently blend all ingredients until well mixed.
3. Roll golf-ball sized amounts of the mixture on a chopping board.
4. Sprinkle with small abount of coconut.
5. Store bliss balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
