Cranberry Coleslaw

Ingredients
2 cups shredded veggies (I used a mix of shredded white & red cabbage, and carrots)
1/2 cup roasted chickpeas
1/4 cup edamame
1/4 cup Ocean Spray 50% Less Sugar Craisins®
Dried Cranberries Dressing:
1/4 cup whipped feta cheese
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well,
2. Make the dressing by mixing together the whipped feta cheese, mayonnaise, the Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry sauce and the juice of the lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add to the salad, serve and enjoy!
