Cranberry Orange Port Jam

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer on a low heat for 30 - 45 minutes or until a jam-like consistency forms. Stir occasionally.

2. Leave the jam to cool. Store in sterilised glass jars.

3. Serve on crusty bread, topped with olive oil drizzle, sliced brie or camembert cheese, and shaved orange zest.
