Cranberry Cumberland Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 500 ml cold water
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoon Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • Pinch white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup port

DIRECTIONS

Combine orange zest and cold water into a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil. Strain and dry zest on paper and discard liquid.

In a saucepan over low heat add zest, mustard, Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce, pepper and ginger. Stir until smooth consistency, add port and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Refrigerate and serve when ready with roast pork loin or chicken.
