4 tablespoons Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
2 tablespoons Ocean Spray® Craisins® dried cranberries
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
Grated rind and juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon 5 spice powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine relish ingredients together and whisk well. Spoon relish over cooked sausages, steak, chicken breasts or as part of an antipasto platter.
