1. Heat oil in pan on medium heat. Stir fry all vegies and protein until cooked through (do not over-cook).
2. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
3. Just before serving, stir in macadamia nuts and Craisins®.
4. Optional: Serve with crispbread, flat bread, or thinly sliced and toasted bread.
