Pear, Brie & Cranberry Puff Pastry Tart

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1. Begin by pre-heating your oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray.

2. Place your sheet of puff pastry on your lined tray. Use a pizza cutter (or knife) to create a border approx. 1.5cm from the edge, by lightly scoring the pastry. Prick the inside of pastry (not the border) with a fork, sporadically.

3. Avoiding the border, spread a layer of Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry sauce, and place your sliced pear on top of the cranberry layer, followed by your slices of brie.

4. Whisk the egg and use a pastry brush to coat the border, sprinkle some sea salt over the tart and place in the oven to bake for approx. 20 minutes or until the border has risen and appears golden.

5. Remove from the oven and enjoy warm or allow it to cool.
