Craisins® Oatmeal bar
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain flour
250 grams butter, room temp
1-1/4 cup quick oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® dried cranberries
1 cup walnuts
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease the bottom of a 20 x 30 cm tray.
In a mixing bowl melt butter and then whisk in the sugars.
Add eggs one at a time and stir to combine. Add vanilla and stir. Add in all of the dry ingredients and stir well.
Fold in the Craisins®, coconut and walnuts. Pour into your prepared tray and bake for about 30 minutes.
Let cool and then cut to desired size when the bars are at room temperature.
