1. Line a flat baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place dark or milk chocolate into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 sec intervals, stirring in between until melted.
3. With a spatula, spread chocolate onto baking paper. Tap tray on bench to smooth slab. Melt white chocolate in separate bowl. Drizzle or pipe on horizontal lines across the slab. Drag a pointed chopstick vertically through the lines.
4. Sprinkle with Craisins®.
5. Chill in the fridge for 5 minutes, until set.
6. Score with a knife into desired shapes & break into pieces. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
