Christmas Rocky Road by Lisa

INGREDIENTS

1. Mix the marshmallows, almonds, peanuts, raisins and Ocean Spray(R) Craisins® together in a large mixing bowl.

2. Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the fruit and nut mix. Stir well to combine.

3. Pour mixture into a paper lined tray and place in fridge for 2-3 hours to set.

4. Cut into bite sized pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
