Berry Chocolate Yogurt Popsicles
10 minutes plus freezing
2 cups Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic™ Fruit Drink (or Light Cranberry Fruit Drink), chilled
1 cup strawberry yogurt
2-1/2 cups frozen whole strawberries
2 tablespoons icing sugar, if desired
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
8 180 mL paper cups or plastic freezer popsicle moulds
8 popsicle sticks
Put all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour 1/2 cup of berry mixture into paper cups or freezer popsicle mould. Freeze 30 minutes or until slightly slushy. Stir 1 teaspoon chocolate chips into each cup. Insert popsicle sticks in center. Freeze and an additional 1-- 1/2 to 2 hours or until completely firm.
To serve, peel paper cup away from popsicle, or dip outsides of moulds in warm water to loosen. For longer storage, place frozen popsicles in a large resealable freezer bag. Freeze up to 2 weeks.
Makes 8 popsicles.
