Preheat oven to 220ºC.
Line pie dish with one sheet of pastry. Combine all other ingredients, in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Pour combined ingredients into the pastry-lined pie dish. Cover with top pastry sheet. Seal edges, trim and cut several slits in top crust.
Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cover edges with foil if they begin to brown too quickly.
Makes 1 22 cm pie.
