1. Begin by pre-heating your oven to 180°C.

2. Mix the honey and Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry sauce together in a small bowl.

3. In a small oven-safe dish, spread out the sesame seeds to coat the base of the dish, and place the feta block in the dish, on top of the sesame seeds.

4. Pour the honey and cranberry mixture over the feta and place in the oven to bake and caramelise for approx. 20 minutes.

5. Once out of the oven, serve with bread and top with extra honey and Ocean Spray Craisins® 50% Less Sugar Dried Cranberries. Enjoy whilst warm.
