Place Cranberry Classic into a small microwaveable bowl and bring to boiling point. Add Craisins®, cover with plastic wrap, and leave to soak for one hour. Drain and retain juice and Craisins®.
Sprinkle gelatine over reserved Cranberry juice and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
Pour cream and milk into a medium saucepan and place over a medium heat to bring to the boil.
Remove from heat and add condensed milk, vanilla sugar, vanilla bean (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir till sugar has dissolved.
Add gelatine to cream mixture and stir till gelatine has dissolved. Cool and pour through a fine sieve.
