Cook apples, Crasins®, honey, cinnamon, lemon zest and sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat for about 15 minutes or until soft. Set aside to cool.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter. Lay out filo on a bench and brush each layer with butter and a sprinkle of sugar (about 6-7 layers thick).
Lay apple mixture in the centre forming a log shape, fold in pastry ends and roll. Seal by brushing edge with butter and sprinkling with remaining sugar.
Bake in a medium oven (180o C) for 15 minutes. Serve with cream or ice cream.
