Chocolate Cranberry Pots
A chocolate dense and velvety smooth treat.
ingredients:
- 200g white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3/4 cup Ocean SprayŽ Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 2 teaspoons orange liqueur
- extra 1 cup cream
Melt chocolate and cream together in a bowl over hot water. Cool slightly and stir in the cranberry sauce and liqueur. Lightly whip the extra cream and fold through. Spoon into small cups and refrigerate 3 hours.

Chilling Time: 3 hours
Chef’s tip: Combine Ocean SprayŽ Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce, flavoured with orange liqueur and lightly whipped cream for a trifle or sponge cake filling.
