Sausage with Cranberry Asian Relish

ingredients:

• 1kg thick or thin sausages

cranberry asian relish ingredients:

• 4 tablespoons Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
• 2 tablespoons OCEAN SPRAY® Craisins® sweetened dried cranberries
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
• grated rind and juice of 1 orange
• 1 teaspoon 5 spice powder
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste

Grill or barbeque sausages. Combine relish ingredients together and whisk well. Spoon relish over cooked sausages and serve.
