Combine oats, milk, apple juice and lemon juice in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Heat Cranberry Classic™ fruit drink in a saucepan with sugar on low to reduce by three quarters and make concentrated syrup.
Allow to cool and then combine with natural yoghurt and 50g chopped Craisins®.
Mix Craisins® and grated apple through the oat mixture, then divide among four bowls.
Add banana, walnuts and dried apricots. Place dollop of cranberry yoghurt on top and drizzle with the honey.
Use any seasonal fruit for the muesli. Try fresh raspberries and blueberries in summer or poached fruits in winter.
