Ocean Spray® products can be found in all leading supermarkets across both Australia and New Zealand. If you do not see one of our products on your supermarket shelves, please ask the store manager so they can order and stock it for your convenience.

Craisins® sweetened dried cranberries are nationally distributed and can be found in the DRIED FRUIT aisles of supermarkets.

How long can I store Ocean Spray® juice drinks once they've been opened?

Ocean Spray® juice drinks do not contain preservatives and must be capped tightly and refrigerated after opening. For best quality and freshness, refrigerate after opening and use within two weeks.

For how long can Ocean Spray® products be stored if they have not been opened?

Unopened products under normal storage conditions should remain acceptable for six to 12 months from the time they are manufactured. This will vary depending on the product. For best quality and taste, we recommend that you use the products before the date stamped on them.

Why do you add sugar to Ocean Spray® drinks and Craisins® sweetened dried cranberries?

Cranberries are unpalatable on their own - like lemons, they are extremely tart and must be sweetened to make them enjoyable.

Are your juice drinks pasteurised?

Yes, we pasteurise all our juice drinks to ensure that they are safe for consumers. This process eliminates the possibility of harmful bacteria while maintaining the fresh fruit flavour of the juice.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Most Ocean Spray® products are packaged using recyclable glass and plastic containers. They can be recycled where facilities exist.

I am having difficulty opening your caps. Do you have a suggestion?

If you purchase a bottle that you find difficult to open, we suggest running the cap under hot water for about one minute. This will usually soften the seal enough for you to open it. If this is not sufficient, please contact us before trying other ways to open the bottle.

All Ocean Spray® products carry the ingredient and nutritional information on the side or back panel of the label. This information is also available in the 'Products' section of the website.

How is Ocean Spray® cranberry sauce made?

Ocean Spray® cranberry sauce is made by cooking cranberries, sugar and water until the ingredients form a very thick consistency. The product is then filled into jars and capped with a vacuum seal for freshness.

Why do you use sugar in your sauce?
