DIRECTIONS

1. Bake oatmeal, almonds and coconut in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 175 degrees. Stir after 5 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool.
2. In a medium bowl microwave the peanut butter for 20-30 seconds until runny, then add the baked mix along with honey, chia seeds and Ocean Spray Craisins to the bowl. Form into small balls and refrigerate. Store in an airtight container refrigerated for up to one week or freezer for 3 months
