Beef & Cranberry Roll
2 bread rolls
1 tablespoon horseradish cream
2 tablespoons Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/3 cup caramelised onion slices
4 slices rare roast beef
1 tomato, sliced baby spinach leaves
To caramelise onions:
On low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then add 1/2 an onion sliced thinly and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Cook over very low heat, stirring frequently, until onions are translucent and sugar has caramelised.
Slice open rolls and spread one side of each roll with horseradish cream and the other with Cranberry Sauce. Layer remaining ingredients onto rolls and serve.
