  • 2 cups of wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup of nut milk
  • 1/2 cup of Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup of stevia powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 orange juiced + zest of 1 orange

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat your oven at 175 degrees Celsius and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
2. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients together then add the wet ingredients together and combine slowly.
3. Pour into your cake tin and cook for 50-55 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
